With a bunch of sick riders, a jam packed contest schedule and early season signs of an epic winter the Swatch TTR World Tour is set to be one of the best yet!  Behind the scenes we have a crew of riders hailing from all corners of the globe who are going to put in the hours to ensure that this season will be the most banging ever!

Heading up the PR department we have translating superstar Verena, who will be joined by Viola from Finland, who also doubles as a professional bowler in her spare time.  Working alongside the two Vs in PR will be Canadian Rich and Aussie Mark who will be striving to provide the best written material possible, in between embarrassing themselves at the bar of course.   Of course with so many TTR events going down all over the world we need to have a bunch of international connections and that’s where Arnaud and Matt come into the picture, these two will sitting up late at night, ensuring that all events from France and U.S get the coverage they deserve.

Jan or “Polski” as some refer to him will ensure the sponsors are kept happy with his Polish charm and supporting him in this role is Sabine, the token Austrian of the office.  Their section of the office is usually pretty quiet, unless of course one of them gets up to “shred the white stuff”. Representing Eastern Europe we have Nik the Bulgarian who besides handling stats and rankings is also pretty handy when it comes to scoring free lift passes.

The TV and New Media departments (IT nerds) are controlled with an iron-fist by Andy and Nugget, who are so committed to the TTR that sleep/pass out in the office.  Andy spends so much time here that his roommates don’t even know who he is, if anyone breathed TTR it would be them.  Helping them out we have Jack, who is from England (but we won’t hold that against him!) and Yank Brian who likes to bash people with a hockey stick when he isn’t editing quality television.

Taylor Clifton(pictured above) is the snowboard industries premier television filmier and producer.  Based out Colorado, this creative shred visionary lives for the now and is known the throughout our crew as the backbone of the TTR’s U.S operations.  Taylor began working in the snowboard industry at Europe’s premier snowboard magazine, Method, but the wilderness called and Taylor absconded to the wilds of Colorado, himself, a gun, a pack of matches, living tough, not giving a damn.  TTR was in need of someone who could match the brilliance of Nugget and when we learned Taylor was available, there could be no other.  In the TTR crew since July, Taylor goes above and beyond the call of duty, whether its getting the shots, organising the trips or grilling the riders.  Without this U.S Wildman we would be up the creek without a paddle, and for this we thank him.

Last but not least we have Tommy and Alex the veterans of snowboard industry who will be keeping everything in line and using their experience and knowledge to ensure that the quality and calibre of TTR events continues to rise.
Fingers crossed the snow keeps falling, and get excited cause with the Nissan X Trail Jam and Roxy Chicken Jam just around the corner the Swatch TTR World Tour is about to go into overdrive!
